BDC (Jordan) signs cooperation agreement with BiD Network

In presence of H.E. the Ambassador of The Netherlands to Jordan and H.E. the Minister of Industry & Trade, the Business Development Centre, with headquarters in Jordan, signed a cooperation agreement with BiD Network on Aug 6, 2008

BDC will contribute to reaching SMEs and participate in the process of assessing the submitted business plans as well as coaching promising entrepreneurs.

Nils de Witte, director of BiD Network, indicated that "the cooperation with BDC is built on a long term partnership that aims to achieve strategic goals, enhance innovation and entrepreneurship in Jordan as well as connecting entrepreneurs to the international capital market and create a domestic one.

With this new cooperation, the number of countries where BiD Network is present (through an appointed representative) grows to ten. The agreement was signed by Mr Nayef Stetich, president and CEO of BDC, and Nils de Witte on behalf of BiD Network

BDC is a Jordanian non profit development organization contributing to economic development and a better life for all Jordanians. The BDC helps Jordanian enterprises realize their full potential, create more jobs with higher incomes and prepare them to successfully compete in international markets
