Non-refundable payment of birr 100 from the date of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid secucrity of USD 46,000 or in an equivalent amount of convertible currency before or on the cllosing date in the form of bank Guarantee counter guaranteed by any Bank in Ethiopia, which is unconditional irrevocable and payable upon buyers first written demand, C.P.O. or cash only.

Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to the Factory before or on March 13, 2008, 10.00 a.m. local time.

Bid will be opened inthe presence of bidders or their legal representatives on March 13,2008, 10.30 a.m. local time.
