Request for information for Concerning an Automated Case Management System

Desription: The Department of Human Services (DHS), Vocational Rehabilitation and Services for the Blind Division (VRSBD) requests information, comments, and feedback from interested providers that will assist VRSBD in developing the Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure an Automated Case Management System (ACMS).

Description of the Service: The ACMS would gather federally required data for reporting purposes, provide counselors with a case/caseload management system, case documentation system, fiscal management, tickler system, employer database which includes matching of applicant base and job opening, completion of referral forms referencing data previously entered into the system, etc
