Next in the BiD Challenge

Competiton procedure:

Of the 3427 business plans we received in the 8 BiD Challenges this year, 2056 business plans met the participation criteria and were passed on to the round 1 screening.

For the participants and their plans that are still participating in one of the 8 BiD Challenges the following is important:
1) Your business proposal will be screened by 3 different professional screeners between June 7th and June 28th. These screeners will assess and rate each business plan independently and provide constructive feedback. During this process your plan is locked on the BiD Network, which means you can no longer edit it.

2) On June 28th you will be invited to develop your business proposal into a full and complete business plan in Round 2 of the BiD Challenge (June 29th – Sept 3rd).

3) All entrepreneurs will be able to use the feedback received from the screening to help them to develop their complete business plan. Furthermore the business plans which were best rated by our screeners in Round 1 will even have the opportunity to receive a coach who assists them in developing their complete plans for the Round 2 deadline of Sept 3rd.

The participants who did not meet the participation criteria received an email with the reason and wil not continue in the BiD Challenge 2007.
We do advise you though to make sure your business plan is complete and up to date in the BiD Network, so that potential investors and other professionals can find it. You will be able to do this AFTER June 28th.
