The product
We make some of the best chocolate in Nicaragua using organic cacao harvested just two hours away from our small factory. The cacao is roasted and processed in a traditional manner. We mix the fine cacao with sugar, a variety of nuts and dried fruits to make an excellent selection of Bonbons and Chocolate Bars.
As an environmentally conscious business we are striving for 100% organic ingredients and international certification of authenticity for all our products. Some examples:
- Puro Chocolate fifty percent pure, organic, chocolate taste in the bar form. As delicious as you imagine.
- Chocolate con almendras our quality chocolate with tasty almonds in it to tease your taste buds.
- Chocolate con naranja A lovely chocolate bar that combines the taste of citrus through the candied orange and our chocolate
- Trufa our chocolate, with a touch of café espresso for the taste and with chunked cashew for the sensation, formed as a shot and rolled in cocoa powder. Beautiful as well.
- RonBon A favourite! High quality chocolate with seven year old dark rum and on top of it all, a big, tasty almond

The story
Too often is cacao exported from the producing countries to Europe or the US where it is refined, and eaten. We want to change that by producing chocolate in Nicaragua for the Nicaraguans (and all others, of course!).
