Pelletizing waste plastics

Due to several problems, of which the dis-integration of Noel's organization (the Barra Center for Community Development, Inc.) was most critical, the start of this business has stagnated and has not achieved much progress during the last year.

Noel has managed to find new project partners and is now working on setting up a test pilot.
