AYPAD will coordinate the activates of various private and voluntary groups presently engaged in Garbage collection. We Offer door to door Garbage collection from Homes, Offices, Restaurant, Beaches, Factories and other locations at an affordable cost. Sorted waste, e.g. Plastic, Glass metal and compost will be sold to interested buyers such as metal workshop and farmers

The Business
scavenging of scraps. Mean while, there is a large un-or underemployed population in Freetown. The organization of private waste management activities will complement municipal waste management and employment promotion.
The present AYPAD executive comprises of representative of businesses and youth groups who have been involved in waste management activities in Freetown for several years. The experience of these individual will contribute to the development of guidelines and standard for the waste collection and disposal activities of members groups.
AYPAD intend to market its services based on the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
Associated youths will collect waste in a systematic manner from houses, offices, premises, factories, beaches and other locations at an affordable cost. The personnel will dispose of waste at official dumping site. Groups will so be engaged in sorting and sales of reusable waste such as metals, plastic, glass and compost.
AYPAD will initiate operation in the greater Freetown Area, focusing particularly on the commercial areas as these areas generates a large volume of waste on a daily basis. The organization intends to expand to the provinces after three years of Operations.
Waste collection will be advetise through door to door sales , radio discussions, public meetings charitable public cleaning events and posters. The marketing message will advertise the convience and profe and professsionalism of the waste collection service offerd service offerd, while promoting the responsiblility of citizens toward contributing to a clean enviroment
Every effort will be made to provide reasonable, competitive prices to our customers. Ther following monthly rates are porpossed for weekly collection of wate from house and business.

Prompt and efficient service will be delivered to our client using decent collection materials clearly marked with the organization logo.
Personnel will be easily identified through uniforms, identification cards and standardized tools and materials. Personnel will be trained on proper cleaning and disposal techniques. Collection routes will be established in each zone..

Program Coordinator Africa Youths for Peace &Development Org.2003-Prensent.
With an experience of over ten years in developmental activities which include work as day shift coordinator at NIMCOS ,Environmental Officer of the Freetown City Council and present coordinator Africa Youths for Peace and Development organization.
In these organization I mostly engaged doing researches and field work on environmental issues affecting the country of Sierra Leone and it was in this light that i and members of the organization have decided to set up a project that will not only eradicate the problem of Garbage in Sierra Leone but will also create employment for underprivileged people mostly youths.
With all these efforts for the advancement of Youth and finding lasting solution to the problem of garbage collection i therefore believe that i have a wealth of experience in the field of Youths and Solid Waste Management Programs.
Development
The development impact of this project will be the creation of employment for the underprivileged youth facing difficult circumstance also it will eradicate the garbage problem in Sierra Leone.
Sierra Leone and the capital city is Freetown is congested with garbage filtered in the street and gutters of the country. Which lead the bread of mosquitoes and other parasites and will later illnesses such as Malaria, fever, Typhoid and many more.
With the implementation of this project, we believe that the traumatic effect of unemployment will reduce while tackling the problem of environmental degradation will reduce as the management team will be engaged on the implementation of community sensitizations, radio talk shows on community Sanitation and implementations of mini Project Fund for Youth Groups to implements environmental activities on Global Youth Service day and World Environmental Day.
Also the program is an ecomonic approche for youth s living difficut circumstance. at will extend country wide as time goes on and every year ther will be increment of worker foir different locations.
