I am PMI certified (Project Management Professional -Project Management Institute, PMI) with skills that include, Project Management, Change Management/ Business Process Re-engineering, Strategic Planning and Analysis, Business Planning and Management, Portfolio Management, Budget Management, Quality Assessment and Evaluation, Staff recruitment, Training and Development, and reviewing procedures; formulating and developing new ways to promote service delivery; participating in monitoring and evaluation of systems to improve service delivery. My expertise in project management includes developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results; managing highly complex projects and solving technical and logistical issues dealing with intangible variables for Core IP, VoIP, Edge Growth, and the deployment of new IP technologies. In addition, I have expertise in developing testing procedures & methodologies; applying technical testing methodologies while ensuring that the product solutions accurately meet customer requirements and expectations.
