The Business
The business will include raising swine, roasting and delivery of roasted pigs or lechon to customers. Eventually, a lechonan place will be set-up for dine-in and take-out of lechon. There will also be diversification in viands to include lechon paksiw, dinuguan, bopis and sisig. The roasting will use the traditional Ormoc cooking of lechon using very minimal spices to bring out the good flavor of the lechon.
I will first put up a store in San Pedro, Laguna and market my product in the subdivisions of Pacita, Chrysanthemum and Rosario. I will present my products to nearby restaurants and caterers offering a discounted rate for early buyers. Of course they will receive free tasting of the product.
