Production. Processing and marketing of camu camu
We are an association of producers in Cochabamba's tropic, produce camu camu an Amazonian fruit with high contained of ascorbic acid (Vit. C)very usefully in the production(elaboration) of refreshments, drinks energizantes, besides he is an adelgazante and antirust(antioxidant) native. Up to the moment we have commercialized only fruit and vegetable(plant) material but for the monopoly of the markets on the part of a procesadora we want to incur also the processing of the fruit to handcrafted level since sometimes we have overproduction and a perishable product we have the being lost by what we are interested in producing flesh, jams, liquors and pasteurized refreshments. What we need at once is a despulpadora with capacity of 0,5 TM of fruit, we can contribute counterpart in cash of 10 or 15 % of the cost, have three fish-ponds, rely on lands, plants(floors) and manpower. We are 20 associations with 30 members each one search a strategic associate.

My customers are the other farmers, fruits procecers, projects in the zone, people of Cochabamba, Santa Cruz and L. Paz,maybe child because is an important supply of c vit. Also maybe the japan market if we can liofilized our product.
