    This is our local way we are using to extract the oil from the nuts, after they are bioled.we have three of those press vice each contain one drum of cooked nut. After this process the oil is put in hundred litters for sales.

The aforementioned Corporation was founded in the year 1990 with an initial capital of 10,000,000FCFA. It comprise of twenty members. It is a common initiative group headed by Mr Henry Bekumba, who provided the large land where palms planted.Palm oil is an enssential raw material that is contained in many foods. This corporation was created with the following objective put forward;
-Production of palm oil
-Production of palm kennel
-Manufacturing of soap (magic soap)
-Nursing of palm tree
-Giving lectures to small holder scale in palm tree on how to grow and maintaining of palm tree. Also teach the local wemen and youth on how they can produce soap from palm kennel, so as to eradicate poverty and hunger.
Below is the organizational structure of the corporation;
As shown above, the Board of Directors (BODs) are the supreme authorities. They provides the capital, create a business policy in the corporation. Next to the BODs is the General Manager who is in charge of linking problems faced by departmental managers to the BODs. Followed by the Departmental Managers who actually execute commands from the general manager to the junior staffs.SO far there are five departments as far as the corporation is concern with different functions.
Marketing department is responsible of marketing the corporation’s product. The Accounting department is in charge of all financial records both expenses and revenue.
Operation supervisory committee is concern with the supervisory of all works done. Labour Department is the department that actually put in man power to make sure the company is alive.
As of now the corporation is running a capital of 25 000 000FCFA. Below is a depiction on the cost and revenue of the corporation per month

Looking at the net profit it is not encouraging the company with the capital. In this case something has to be done through marketing the corporation’s product so as to increase the demand. As such a marketing plan has to be drawn for the safety of the corporation’s future.

The Amount we need to improve on our corporation product is 16 000 000fcfa which is more than what we realize as profit per month. Our corporation is very helpful to our society because it create employment to our citizen, produce goods that we use and which brings income to our country. For the moment we spending much on human labor due to lack of machines. We are very sure that if we have this amount, then we are going to stay put in business successfully.
