Curly women from the Peruvian highlands, I live fascinated by the power of nature to heal and to nourish human beings. Along my time working with communities from the Peruvian Andes I´m learning about the richness of such cultures, as well as how much is needed a better understanding of the mountains and mountain people in order to make better decisions for the future of everybody living at the highest and lowest lands of the world. I’m learning to link my former experience on theatre and communications with my professional training in protected areas and tourism use of protected areas, to implement innovative participatory approach to strength local capacities for conservation and development.
