I am the founder of Byoearth. We produce organic fertilizer made with red worms and organic coffee waste. People from the rural area of Guatemala need inclusion in work activities to gain money and fight over poverty. Byoearth is a supporting job for local workers and communities and proposes a solution to take care of the natural environment with a positive social impact.
